Megaton Rainfall Release Date Delayed Into October
The upcoming superhero vs. alien invaders simulator Megaton Rainfall has been pushed back from its September release and will now land mid-October.
The virtual reality action game lets us zip around various urban sprawls as a super human that's trying to defend the Earth from an invasion. Of course you soon learn all those powers at our disposal are just as destructive as the aliens.
"...we're delaying our game 3 additional weeks, until October 17th. We underestimated how long would it take to us to go through the all the bureaucracy in this (crowded) time of the year.I apologise to those of you that have been waiting for this game for years."
The announcement was made via the official Megaton Rainfall Facebook page. Despite being built for use with the PlayStation VR the game does support a non-VR mode. The game will be available digitally through the PlayStation Store for $15.99 / €15.99.
Megaton Rainfall releases on PlayStation 4 October 17th, 2017.
