New Trailer for Will Smith's NFL Drama Concussion

Will Smith may currently be busy with Suicide Squad but get ready to see him tackling an entirely different kind of squad in the altogether more serious Concussion – the based on true events tale of the thorny issue of head trauma within the NFL.

Parkland director Peter Landesman adapted Jeanne Marie Laskas’ GQ article Game Brain and has called the shots on the movie. The piece follows Dr. Omalu (Will Smith), who made the crucial first discovery of concussive head trauma in National Football players and his struggle to raise public awareness.

Putting a human face to a difficult subject, Smith is added by Alec Baldwin, Albert Brooks, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Eddie Marsan, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Stephen Moyer, Luke Wilson and David Morse. Concussion is set for release in the US on December 25.
