Next God Of War Possibly Due In 2017
Actor Christopher Judge (Stargate SG-1) is the vocal talent behind Kratos but what's interesting is his Twitter profile carries a 2017 date next to God of War.
Sony Santa Monica is very busy crafting the next God of War where Kratos is now a full-time dad and very busy teaching his son the essentials of survival and providing for himself in the harsh world out there. It also trades in Greek mythology for Norse.
The "KRATOS - GOD OF WAR (2017)" entry on Judge's Twitter profile likely refers to his knowledge of the game's planned release window, as he's already been recording for it throughout 2016, and a full playthrough was said to be achieved in December.
The God of War series appears to have entered into a second era now that it's embracing Norse myths and legends, with Sony promising there's plenty more ahead for the Greek God-slayer. Grandkids! The next instalment also appears to be taking on board more RPG like qualities.
God of War releases on PlayStation 4 at an undisclosed date.
