FIFA 16 is coming close to its release and, as expected, more information has been revealed about its improved Career Mode including Pre-Season Tournaments and Training Routines.

In the case of the former, players will be able to embark on one of three pre-season tournaments in which teams competing will be defined by the kind of club you’re managing. You’ll be in control of trophies, location, and prize money.

Proceeds will go towards transfer budget and all transfer limitations will be lifted during friendlies which allows you to make six substitutions at one time.

Training routines will let you fine tune the training of individual players as FIFA emulates Football Manager further, not that that’s a bad thing. Finally, the transfer system will be getting a handful of improvements such as Free Agents (players who can sign up for clubs outside of the transfer window), Scouts which last an entire year as opposed to three months, fairer budgets for Transfers, and the ability to loan players for two years or six months.

FIFA 16 will be available six weeks from now, on September 25.
