The First Atomic Blonde Footage Looks Amazing
Entertainment Weekly have the first look at footage from the upcoming action pic, Atomic Blonde, which looks more essential with every piece of marketing – it’s the movie you didn’t know you needed to see! Fight. Kiss. Kill. Indeed…
As well as a brief glimpse of footage – with the promise of a restricted trailer to come tomorrow – EW also has a full synopsis, which goes: “Atomic Blonde ... is a poppy, punk-rock take on the genre by fight choreographer-turned-director David Leitch (John Wick). It’s Berlin, 1989. Depeche Mode and New Order dominate the airwaves, the wall is about to come down, and Charlize Theron’s character Lorraine Broughton is sent into the chaotic city to retrieve a most-wanted dossier. James McAvoy plays her hardened, fur-coated fellow agent. (You’ve never seen a black mesh tank-top look so good.)”
Oh yes! There’s nothing about that synopsis that isn’t awesome.
Atomic Blonde will hit you between the eyes from July 28th.
