Sony President Shuhei Yoshida is looking forward to 2016 and its "unprecedented rush of big titles for the PlayStation 4" according to a recent interview with Japanese outlet 4Gamer.

The new year will be bringing No Man's Sky, Street Fighter V, Persona 5, Gravity Rush 2, and the launch of PlayStation VR. Yoshida stated "2016 marks an unprecedented rush of big titles for PS4. It’s also the year of the long-awaited launch of PlayStation VR. It’s the year PS4 users – and those who are on the fence on whether to buy it – will absolutely think ‘it’s good to have a PS4.’ Please look forward to it."

Yoshida also mentioned that his most admired game of the year was the 'easy-to-understand' Rocket League, while his Game of the Year was Bloodborne.
