Gotham Promo Teases Bruce's Transformation
So far young Bruce Wayne has lofty ideas about crime and justice but he isn’t exactly the intimidating, strong presence we know he will one day become.
Sure, he’s stood up to Jerome after he returned from the dead to wreak havoc on Gotham, but he’s yet to start living by the ideals he possesses. In this new promo for the third season of Gotham, we see Bruce continue his training under the tutelage of butler/combat instructor Alfred and scrap with some street thugs. Intriguingly, young master Wayne also appears to be in the company of a mysterious figure, who apparently wants Bruce to continue on his path towards vigilantism.
Bruce’s new housemates might have something to do with the recent casting of Game of Thrones Alexander Siddig as Ra’s al Ghul. Although the smirking presence in Wayne Manor could easily have something to do with The Court of Owls and their stranglehold over the city of Gotham.
However, there’s still plenty of time to expand upon the backstories behind Gotham’s greatest foes, Jim Gordon, and Bruce Wayne when Gotham returns with How The Riddler Got His Name on April 24th on FOX.
