No Man's Sky "Lookalike," Dual Universe, Pre-Alpha Gameplay Video Released
Dual Universe, the game that draws comparisons to No Man's Sky and was an E3 2016 darling, has received a new pre-alpha gameplay video.
Based off of the video, the developers have a ways to go before release, but the walkthrough of the game shows off some interesting elements, including construction & ship designing, a look at the massive world, as well as space exploration.
Dual Universe is a sandbox first-person MMORPG set within a seamless sci-fi universe made of millions of planets. Sound familiar? What draws it apart from No Man's Sky is that the world is entirely editable, with no restrictions. Players may transform whatever they please from cities to giant space stations. The game also focuses on massive scale emergent gameplay based around exploration, voxel building, trade, politics, and warfare.
