A man with the shamanic power to heal people from their ailments works his magic on a teenage boy with a serious eating disorder. The cure works, except this time more than a simple healing takes place. The teenage boy now has obtained a special power to inflict any pain he feels within himself upon others. This comes in handy because he is frequently harassed and beaten by bullies. But when the bad boys accidentally kill his best friend, the teenager is now tempted to use his new powers for a bloody rampage of revenge.
