Skin Tight Season 3

The final stage of extreme weight loss has returned to TLC with the premiere of TLC's MY 600-LB LIFE: SKIN TIGHT on Wednesday, March 7 at 10/9c. In the dramatic new season, Dr. Nowzaradan returns with other top plastic surgeons across the country to work with subjects looking to undergo a full-body transformation through skin removal surgery. Each of the thirteen one-hour episodes of MY 600-LB LIFE: SKIN TIGHT will follow two to three individuals who have conquered their major weight loss goals but have been left hanging with loose skin all over their bodies. Viewers will once again be invited to join the transformative journey, with each episode culminating in powerful reveals and physical changes. Additionally, towards the end of the season, two one-hour "Where Are They Now" episodes will feature individuals from previous seasons and their progress since first appearing on the show.
