A film based on the sci-fi comic from Gerry Finley-Day and Dave Gibbons about Rogue, a genetically created, blue-skinned, manufactured super soldier on Nu-Earth which is mostly toxic now due to chemical and biological warfare. In this world, a G.I.’s entire personality is downloaded at the time of death onto biochips for later retrieval. Rogue has his three former comrades chips with him attached to his equipment following a massacre. Rogue goes AWOL in search of the Traitor General responsible.
