“Persephone” is set in the late 22nd century onboard Colony One, a giant ship transporting 20,000 colonists from a dying Earth to a planet orbiting Alpha Centauri. The film follows three astronauts onboard. During a critical mission for survival, Hildebrand’s shuttle pilot character goes head-to-head with engineer Tanya Baxter (Parker) about the right course of action.
