Danny, the main character, is a free spirit and 15 year old student in high school. But, he is moved to an underground school far from home where he unlocks a portal to another dimension where there are monsters. He has to team up alongside his more prosperous foe, Liz, and their part moth, part human, all badass instructor, in order to save their school from all of the havoc that the bad monsters are creating.
