When it was launched alongside the 503 Coupe in 1956, the 507 was possibly the most beautiful convertible in the world. Whereas its hard-topped sister was slightly awkward to look at from some angles, the 507 came close to perfection. The aluminium-bodied roadster was built on a shortened 502 chassis and powered by the same V8 engine, which produced 150bhp and gave the 507 a fair turn of speed....
