The sweet-handling FWD Alfasud was just about perfect as small cars go; so much so, that all it really needed was a little more power to expoit its sophisticated chassis. Two years after the original car hit the marketplace, the Ti arrived to put that right. Engines were upgraded as time went on, and power ramped up from 68bhp to 105bhp by 1982. The sporting ‘Suds are identified by their quad headlamps and spoilers, and are now considerably more sought after than their vanilla cousins. As ever, watch for rust, and make sure the cambelts have been done.
