Pokémon GO Hides Secrets, Niantic "Not Giving Clues"
If catching Pokémon and loitering wasn't enough, Pokémon GO is also hiding some secrets that are there to be discovered teases Niantic's CEO.
There's a particular secret lurking within the mobile game right now and "we'll see how that plays out over the course of the next few weeks," CEO John Hanke tells GamesRadar. Sorry but you aren't getting clues. Apparently the studio likes to feed in secrets every now and then.
Pokémon GO received a Halloween flavoured update recently that concluded November 1st. It increases the likelihood of ghost and psychic pokémon appearing, which I imagine would be rather frustrating if you've already got an army of them. Another recent update added a new daily catch bonus which was also data-mined by fans discovering 100 new pokémon.
Currently all PokéStops have more items and normal pokémon out in the big wide GPS-powered world have increased in population for a limited time until November 11th. The smartphone game continues to dominate lives and harass innocent patches of the globe usually forgotten by Trainers and normies alike.
