Get ready to fall through time as Disney unveil a short teaser for Alice in Wonderland follow-up, Alice through the Looking Glass.

The trailer is take from the scene shown to attendees at this year’s D23 Expo, which also featured Sacha Baron Cohen as a new, trippy character called Time.

We don’t know much about the story yet, but we do know that something isn’t right with The Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp), so Alice (Mia Wasikowska) must travel through time, meeting younger versions of familiar characters as she learns just what made the hatter mad – all our money is on it having something to do with his father, Zanik Hightopp (Rhys Ifans).

The rest of the cast includes Anne Hathaway as the White Queen – Mirana, Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen – Iracebeth, Matt Lucas as Tweedledee and Tweedledum, Ed Speleers (Downton Abbey) as James Harcourt and voice performances by Stephen Fry as the Cheshire Cat, Toby Jones as Wilkins, Alan Rickman as Blue Caterpillar, Michael Sheen as White Rabbit, Paul Whitehouse as the March Hare, Barbara Windsor as Dormouse and Timothy Spall as Bayard.

As for the crew, The Muppets James Bobin takes over directing duties from Tim Burton, who’ll serve as Executive Producer this time out.

Alice Through the Looking Glass arrives on May 27th, 2016.
