Pokken Tournament Wii U Will Be Getting Its Own Dedicated Controller
If the Wii U GamePad doesn't tickle your fighting game fancy, you should know that Pokken Tournament will be getting its own dedicated controller, currently confirmed for a Japanese release.
The product is likely created for the Japanese arcade audience who have been playing the game on its unique arcade controller for the past couple of months, but it could still hit the West. It's in development by Hori and is modelled after the arcade machine controller in question.
You don't need it, however, as the Wii U version will support the GamePad, Pro Controller, and Classic Controller Pro. Pokken Tournament will hit the West next Spring, you can track the game's release using our online calendar.
