UK Retailer GAME Offers Steam Link Early Bird Offer
If you reside in the UK or Spain, you can start pre-ordering the Steam Link from GAME now! If you do fancy pre-ordering the tech, an agreement between Valve and the retailer means UK and Spanish customers will be offered an 'early bird' release!
This offer means that, for a limited number, those who put down their deposit on the pre-order first will receive the hardware a month earlier than the official release; 16th of October opposed to 10th of November.
The Steam Link allows you to connect your TV to any host PC, Mac or Steam Machine at 1080p while the Steam Controller "emulates the use of a mouse and keyboard to facilitate PC gaming through the TV and features trackpads, dual-stage triggers and fully customisable control schemes."
The Steam Controller is available as part of two bundles at GAME; either priced at £59.99 including £20 Steam Credit or priced at £99.99 with the Steam Link hardware, as well as £20 Steam Credit.
