Tron 3 Set To Enter Production In October
It may been five years since Tron: Legacy hit theatres, but don't think Disney has abandoned the franchise. It's now been confirmed that the as yet untitled Tron 3 is set to enter Principal Photography in October.
So far, little is known about the movie beyond the return of Garrett Hedlund (Pan) as Sam Flynn. It is expected that Olivia Wilde (The Lazarus Effect) and Bruce Boxleitner (Cedar Cove) will also be returning. It is also a safe bet that Joseph Kosinski (Oblivion) will return to helm the movie.
Tron 3 doesn't have a release date yet, but a release before late 2016 is highly unlikely. Are you excited for Tron 3? Do you want them to bring Daft Punk back to do the soundtrack for this film as well?
