Second Warcraft Trailer Released From Legendary, Marketing Miss-Dubstep

Legendary has released the second trailer for Warcraft; the long-in-the-making movie of Blizzard Entertainment's mega-huge Warcraft universe that continues to dominate.

While fans of the upcoming silver screen treatment might welcome another trailer to give them further glimpses into Hollywood's attempt at capturing the Horde and Alliance drama in Azeroth, it seems something has gone terribly wrong in the delivery.

This latest trailer features music that has fans fleeing in terror that Warcraft will be nothing but a dubstep rave, but thankfully this I-can't-believe-someone-thought-this-was-a-good-idea marketing screw-up is just that as director Duncan Jones confirms that style of music is not in the high fantasy film.

The actual musical score in Warcraft is being created by Ramin Djawai. Still this doesn't do much to help bolster support among the faithful fanbase who are unlikely to feel as energised about the upcoming adaptation. It's curious also that Legendary doesn't seem to have the confidence that Ramin's score is powerful enough for the movie in trailers?

You can see the latest trailer below and judge for yourself whether this helps or harms the upcoming Warcraft release, which is part of a larger project. The film stars Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Clancy Brown, Dominic Cooper, Robert Kazinsky, Toby Kebbell, and many more. Warcraft releases in cinema this June 2016.
