Call Of Duty: Infinite War Out November 4th Says Leak, Also Reveals Modern Warfare Remastered
Apparently the new Call of Duty due later this year is called Call of Duty: Infinite War and will be releasing on PC and consoles November 4th. There's another little surprise too.
The Infinite War subtitle comes via a screenshot of the US PlayStation Store and a photo of a retailer reservation card which seem to have totally spilled the beans on Activision's next big instalment to the long running franchise. The page on the store was pulled but not before eagle-eyed users got a snap.
The next game certainly appears to adopt more sci-fi and follows Infinity Ward's naming convention of Modern Warfare and Advanced Warfare. There have been other rumours that this year's Call of Duty involved space-based combat between future factions.
The other interesting surprise and development is that a remastered Modern Warfare is offered as a free download, according to a leaked photo of a Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare reservation card from US retailer Target. The Reddit user who shared the card picture has since deleted their account.
E3 2016 is just around the corner in June and Activision will be showing off their next big Call of Duty guns in the run up to November.
