Crackdown 3 Trailer Showcases 100 Percent Fully Destructible Environments
Microsoft Studios and Reagent Games revealed the first footage of Crackdown 3 (formerly known as just Crackdown) as part of their Gamescom 2015 press conference.
Crackdown 3 is a sandbox shooter where every single environmental object and building is destructible. Apparently you can level the entire city if you want to.
The game will utilize Microsoft's cloud computing technology to harness more than twenty times the power of a single Xbox One console in order to help bring the city of Crackdown 3 to life. Reagent Games states that this new game engine dubbed 'Cloudgine' will bring about a level of multiplayer never before seen on a home console.
Crackdown 3 is due out some time in 2016
