Peanuts: New Trailer Arrives
Cultural stalwarts for decades, Charlie Brown and Snoopy are beloved across the world. So it’s a bit of surprise that it’s taken so long for Charlie and the gang to make it to the big screen.
Intent on capturing the magic of those newspaper comic strips the family of Charles Schulz have rightly been very protective of their property, so here comes what in the UK is called Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie.
The film sees Charlie, Snoopy, Linus, and Lucy (as well as the rest of the gang) uniting for more charming canine adventures, the odd bit of aerial combat against the infamous red baron, and event indulging in a little bit of coming-of-age romance as the adorably awkward Charlie falls head over heels for the unseen (well in the comic strips at least) Little Red-Haired Girl.
Rendered in CGI with an old school charm that resembles the old TV specials, Peanuts arrives in the US on November 6th before heading to the UK on the 21st December.
