EA's Xbox subscription service EA Access has now transitioned to PC with Origin Access which offers gamers the option to subscribe for a monthly fee to access EA PC titles. They also tend to let members have games a little earlier or give out beta slots.

The initial line-up includes Battlefield, Dead Space, Dragon Age, FIFA, Need for Speed and The Sims. If you happen to already be a subscriber to EA Access you are not a member of Origin Access, which is being treated as an entirely separate venture. Subscribers will get a 10% discount of purchases through Origin, including DLC.

15 full games will be made available at launch for Origin Access:

  • Battlefield 3
  • Battlefield 4
  • Battlefield Hardline
  • Dead Space
  • Dead Space 2
  • Dead Space 3
  • Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Edition
  • Dragon Age 2
  • Dragon Age Inquisition
  • FIFA 15
  • Need For Speed: Rivals - Complete Edition
  • Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare
  • SimCity
  • The Sims 3 Starter Pack
  • This War of Mine

More games will be added over time and not all will be EA published. EA's Play First Trials let you play a game for a set amount of hours before the official release. Unravel is the first offered on PC from February 4th with full release February 9th.
