The Mummy Teaser Trailer
A trailer for the upcoming reboot The Mummy has been released with just a 15 second glimpse into the trouble coming our way as an ancient princess is disturbed.
Universal Pictures is entrusting the likes of Tom Cruise to defend civilization from the terror that lays in the wake of this ancient princess, who has slept for millennia and gets awakened in the modern world.
A full trailer is due this Sunday, December 4th.
This princess was entombed out in the desert and thought to be safely secured, but those responsible obviously didn't take into account meddlesome busybodies who like digging stuff up. The Mummy takes us from the Middle-East through to hidden labyrinths beneath modern London. The cast includes Tom Cruise and Sofia Boutella, who plays the malevolent Ahmanet. They're joined by Annabelle Wallis, Russell Crowe, Jake Johnson and Courtney B. Vance.
The Mummy releases in cinema in the US and UK June 9th, 2017.
