More Remasters Are Likely Heading To PS4

The Last of Us: Remastered helped sell plenty more PlayStation 4 consoles last summer, the Nathan Drake Collection is just two months away, and eventually we'll see Beyond: Two Souls and Heavy Rain transition from PlayStation 3 exclusives to PlayStation 4 remasters. It seems like the trend is here to stay with more potential games on the way...

While speaking with PlayStation Germany, SCEE boss Jim Ryan had this to say:
"We know that there are lots of PS4 owners that have either never played games before or used to have an Xbox or a Nintendo who have never had the chance to play something like the Uncharted trilogy," he said. "But it has to be a great game if we're going to go to the trouble of re-mastering. I can't talk specifically, but I think that it's very likely that there'll be more."

We don't know about you, but we wouldn't mind seeing games from the PlayStation 1 and PlayStation 2 eras to go back through in HD. As far as what games we'd like to see, I'd be nice to replay games like Crash Bandicoot, Heavenly Sword, or even Spyro. (If they could make it happen.) Let us know in the comments what games you'd like to see utilizing the power of the PlayStation 4!
