The Witcher 3's Blood And Wine Expansion Leaked As May 30th On Steam

Steam has spilled red stuff, possibly a blood-like wine substance, all over The Witcher 3's store page and temporarily revealed the likely release date for the next big expansion.

It was a quick slip of information as the store page for the Bloon and Wine DLC suddenly appeared and had a May 30, 2016 release date attached to it. It has been taken down now but the Internetz has already screen capped the heck out of it.

Blood and Wine is the "final expansion" to The Witcher 3 RPG from CD Projekt RED which has been drowned in awards and accolades for their take on author Andrzej Sapkowski's dark fantasy world. This will be the largest addition to the RPG to-date with over 20 hours more gameplay and an all-new region of Toussaint to visit.

Fans can look forward to "dark deeds, unexpected twists, romance and deceit." The size of the new region rivals that of No Man's Land or Novigrad in size, say CD Projekt RED. The extended part of the store page suggests we'll even get our own vineyard.

We'll be doing some serious Witcher detective work in Blood and Wine as we try to figure out who or what is butchering people in Toussaint. New gear items and new monsters will be available to loot and slay. They are also introducing dyes for armour with a new mechanic. There's even a grand tourney to take part in.

Officially there's no release date yet for The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine, but Steam and its leaked store suggest that May 30th will be spilling a lot more red stuff on PCs.
