CD Projekt RED's The Witcher 3 To Become A Movie
Such is the success of CD Projekt RED's take on The Witcher series that it's latest and greatest outing - The Witcher 3 - has been courted by Hollywood for a full feature film. It already has a director attached.
Tomasz Baginski will be at the helm and he's no stranger to The Witcher as he directed the opening cinematics to the first RPG from the developer, which involved a monstrous Striga that was actually the Princess Adda, daughter of King Foltest. The plan is for the film to start a whole new movie series set in the dark fantasy world of The Witcher.
The Witcher is expected to be in cinemas by 2017.
