Daredevil Season 2 Trailer Online
Like the TV series, this Daredevil Season 2 promo packs a mean punch. Fresh from wowing fans at this year’s New York Comic Con, Netflix have released the promo online, which features our first glimpse of Electra and The Punisher.
While giving itself a pat on the back, the promo gives us some footage from that initial season featuring stars Charlie Cox, Elden Henson, Deborah Ann Woll, Vincent D’Onofrio, Rosario Dawson and more, if you’re patient you’ll see Elodie Yung’s Elektra Natchios – briefly referenced in an episode this year and destined to re-enter Matt Murdock’s life in a big way – and Jon Bernthal’s take on Frank Castle, AKA The Punisher.
Expect more of the same bone-shattering action and more of Daredevil’s red suite plus some tantalising hints of how the series will intertwine with fellow adaptations Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist for the Defenders miniseries.
There’s no official release date yet but if it keeps the same schedule as last year it should land around April 2016. In the meantime, there’s the small matter of Jessica Jones’ debut season which will hit the streaming service on 20th November.
