New Trailer for Richard Linklater's Everybody Wants Some
It’s been two decades since Richard Linklater helmed Dazed and Confused, his love letter to youth in the 70’s and now he’s doing the same for the 80’s with Everybody Wants Some.
The new trailer for Linklater’s upcoming comedy follows a group of college baseball players as they learn to cope with impending adulthood. It certainly feels like the slacker comedy sequel to Dazed, but with a decidedly ‘80s twist, from the soundtrack to the shorts.
The ensemble cast includes Blake Jenner, Will Brittain, Zoey Deutch, Ryan Anthony Guzman, Tyler Hoechlin, Glen Powell, and Wyatt Russell.
Everybody Wants Some is released in cinemas in the US on April 15.
