Rumour: Play As A Woman In Assassin's Creed: Syndicate
The next Assassin’s Creed, called ‘Syndicate’ is rumoured to feature a playable female assassin protagonist.
As revealed in leaked documents to the website, Kotaku, Syndicate will have not one, but two main playable characters in the campaign: Jacob and Evie - (she's featured above) The two are connected as siblings, which should make for interesting interactions in the story, if this information is to be believed.
This is not the first game in the Assassin's Creed series to feature a playable woman. Both Assassin's Creed: Liberation & the recently-released Assassin's Creed: Chronicles - China started the trend.
