Going in style Matt Dillon will be well, going in style in a remake of the 1979 George Burns comedy.

Dillon joins Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin in the Zach Braff (yes, that Zach Braff) flick.

In the original George Burns, Art Carney and Lee Strasberg stared as bored Brooklyn pensioners who hatch a plan to rob a bank. Pulling off their crime caper, all while dressed as Groucho Marx, the trio greatly increase their haul with some luck at a Casino. However, their infamous run is brought to an end by a combination of ill health and killjoy cops.

In the new take, the trio are retired types who lose their pensions when the company they've toiled for all their lives is sold to a foreign corporation.

Looking for a way to stay afloat in their twilight years, they hatch a plan to swipe what's there's from the bank that's withholding their lucre - after which they attract the interest of an FBI agent, played by Dillon.

Going in Style is written by Ted Melfi and is due for release 6th May 2016.
