Within the first half of 2016, two fan-favourite factions from The Elder Scrolls will make their appearances in the form of two expansions: The Dark Brotherhood and The Thieves Guild, amongst other 'quality of life improvements'.

The content within these expansions has not yet been confirmed but details will arrive early 2016. Before that, however, the world of Tamriel has two other expansions which will unlock the Imperial City and the Orcish city of Orsinium during the fourth quarter of 2015.

In terms of general improvement Bethesda has promised controller support for the PC version, subtitles, and a reworked group finder which will shorten queue times significantly.

So, in order of release: you'll be able to catch the Imperial City on August 31st for PC and Mac, September 15 on Xbox One, and September 16 on PlayStation 4, Orsinium will be arriving this Winter, perhaps just in time for the Holiday season, while The Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild will arrive within the first half of next year.
