Transformers: Devastation
Releases:
October 6th (U.S.) on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, & Xbox 360 October 9th (U.K.)

Devastation has fluid transforming of characters in combat, heavy amounts of robotic action and destruction, and all the 80s nostalgia you could ask for, including a bunch of the original actors from the first Transformers animated TV series. PlatinumGames, you've done it again!

Guitar Hero Live

October 20th (U.S.) on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, & Wii U October 23rd (U.K.)

We're predicting that Guitar Hero's latest entry is going to win us over in the returning battle of plastic instruments. Although the live-action elements aren't quite our thing, we hope the new streaming music service and guitar peripheral to master make this return of the music genre, that we once couldn't get enough of, something to celebrate.

The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes

Would you look at that, Nintendo is giving us a Zelda game this year after all! Seriously, Tri Force Heroes just looks like a load of fun and it might just be the best multiplayer experience of the year. Grab two of your friends and prepare to tackle puzzles, bosses, and free-for-all battles in an attempt to save the kingdom of Hytopia!

Assassin's Creed Syndicate

October 23rd on PlayStation 4 & Xbox One

Yes, Unity wasn't that great and released way before it was ready to be shipped out, thus making us all feel ripped off by Ubisoft. We were hurt too, but Syndicate looks too good for us not to give the publisher behind it a second chance. The story seems promising, London looks worth exploring, and playing as two protagonists with different abilities is going to be a jolly time. We're officially back on the Assassin's Creed hype train.

Halo 5: Guardians

October 27th on Xbox One

Halo has some big changes in store for fans of the series. The beta for the latest title was a bit different than we've become accustomed to, Agent Locke is stepping into the spotlight as a playable character, and this time around there's a bigger emphasis on co-op. We don't quite know what to think of all these modifications, but guess what, whatever Master Chief wants to do, we'll be behind him every step of the way!
