City building mayors are able to check out what's coming in Cities: Skylines - Snowfall as Paradox Interactive and developer Colossal Order are hosting a live stream later today with gameplay of the latest chilly expansion.

In a quick news update they also discuss a little more about the free update features that will arrive alongside the Snowfall add-on. Rain and fog will be "cosmetic weather for existing maps" outside of the new Winter regions. They are also intorducing a new Theme Editor for modders to create regional flavours "ranging from different terrain styles to incredible alien worlds".

Trams are another free feature coming and Colossal has updated the public transportation management UI, which does need a serious beefing up as cities can get pretty large. They also tease there are plenty of new Chirps from "everyone’s favorite in-game social media avatar", and this includes new hats and "newfound respect" for Chirpy.

"To show off these new features first-hand, Paradox will stream the game live on their Twitch channel on Wednesday, February 10th, at 1700 CET (8:00 a.m. Pacific Time)," posted Paradox Interactive. Check out Paradox's official Twitch Channel.

Cities: Skylines - Snowfall releases on PC February 18th and is priced at $12.99.
