Kingdom Hearts 3 Will Not Bring the Story to a Close
If you were worried Kingdom Hearts 3 might be the end of the beloved collaboration between Square-Enix and Disney, Tetsuya Nomura has your back. According to Nomura, while Kingdom Hearts 3 will bring Xehanort's story to a close, the series will go on strong.
To bring about this conclusion, Kingdom Hearts 3 will take place in mostly new worlds which means it's time to start taking bets on which new Disney films will be included in the title.
Also, during the interview, Nomura confirmed the existence of a free-running system which will allow Sora to perform much more acrobatic movements like running up walls. As you would expect, the director was light on the details but we're sure to hear more as the release date draws closer.
Speaking of release dates, the development teams has an idea of when the title will be released but we're not going to get confirmation for a while.
