Gearbox's Team-Based Shooter Battleborn Launches February 9th, 2016
2K Games and Gearbox Software have announced Battleborn will be releasing in early February next year. The team-based shooter rose from the ashes of a cancelled Brothers in Arms spin-off.
This first-person shooter has 25 unique heroes to choose from and all will be fighting to save "the last star in the universe from a mysterious enemy hell-bent on its destruction." It can be played solo or co-operatively with up to five players online or two-player split-screen.
Multiplayer is offered in three mode flavours with each supporting up to 10 players in 5v5 matches. This week Battleborn is at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany.
Battleborn releases on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 February 9th, 2016.
