Developer Frogmind has announced the prices and release dates for BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition.

The game will be available to download on Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita on May 26. Xbox One users will be able to get the game on May 29, while the Wii U version is planned to come sometime in June. Console owners can get their hands on the game for $12, while Steam users can get it for a bit cheaper of a price at $10.

BADLAND was first available to iOS users in April of 2013. If you're unaware, the game is an atmospheric side-scrolling action adventure located in a gorgeous forest full of various inhabitants, trees, and flowers. Although the forest looks like it's from some beautiful fairytale, there seems to be something terribly wrong going on. The player controls one of the forest's inhabitants to discover what that is... Through his journey he will discover astonishing amounts of imaginative traps and obstacles in his way.

The Game of the Year Edition features over 4 times more content than the original did when it was launched. It has over 15 hours and 100 levels of single-player story content and 100 co-op and 27 multiplayer deathmatch stages in an up-to-four-person local multiplayer mode.
