Journey Is Coming To The PlayStation 4!
If you skipped out on playing Journey when it released on the PlayStation 3 in 2012, you missed out on one of the best and most beautiful games of the year. Now, lucky for you, you'll have another shot to play the adventure game when it releases on the PlayStation 4 this summer!
From ThatGameCompany, the makers of flOw and Flower, Journey is an interactive parable, an anonymous online adventure to experience a person’s life passage and their intersections with others. You wake alone and surrounded by miles of burning, sprawling desert, and soon discover the looming mountaintop which becomes your goal to reach... Faced with rolling sand dunes, age-old ruins, caves and howling winds, your passage will not be an easy one...
The remaster will run at 1080p and 60fps and will be available as a standalone digital download on the PlayStation Store or in a remastered PlayStation 4 collection of all three games from indie studio ThatGameCompany. The trilogy will launch alongside Journey and will package FlOw, Flower, and Journey all onto one Blu-ray disc.
Fl0w and Flower are already available on the digital shop and both support Cross-buy for those of that own a PlayStation 3 or PS Vita. As of now, whether or not Journey will support Cross-buy as well is uncertain.
