The Ruins of Lifta

Lifta is the only Arab village in Israel depopulated in 1948 that has not been completely destroyed or repopulated by Jews. Discovering that his uncle and lifelong hero had a role in attacking Lifta, Menachem, an Orthodox Jew from Brooklyn joins the effort to save the village from developers and meets Yacoub, a Palestinian who is part of the coalition.
